Survey respondents are not required to register for the Service. Respondents receive a unique link to complete surveys. By accessing and completing a survey, respondents agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is accessible via a link provided on the survey page. Respondents are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before submitting their responses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional materials.

10. Third-Party Integrations and Connected Applications

The Service may be connected to third-party applications and AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) that you authorize, via a secure OAuth sign-in, to initiate actions—such as drafting a survey—on your behalf. You are responsible for the applications you choose to connect, for any data you transmit through them, and for your compliance with each third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party applications or their handling of your data, and we may suspend or remove an integration at any time. Your connection to and use of any such integration is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
